Hi. Got an older MacMini PowerPC G4 and hooked it up to a new Samsung 27" monitor using a DVI to HDMI cable. Started it up and it worked fine until the monitor suddenly went to sleep and no matter what button was pushed, didn't come back on. The monitor just kept blinking "Analog" and "HDMI" like it wasn't connected to anything. Oddly, the display will sometimes come back, but not sure what does it. Also noticed static lines on the display have also appeared when it does start again. Changed preferences to try to ensure nothing "sleeps" but it still happens. Bad cable?
