Hi,

My Mail 4.3 with Snowleopard 10.6.4 doesnt work fine

If I open Mail, I receive my new email correctly, if I leave open to receive email automatically each minute, Mail never obtain the new email same thing if I clic GET MAIL nothing in my Inbox
If I quit MAIL and Open again I obtain the new email again.

So I can not get email, only the first time when Mail.app is open. And for my boss is not good quit and open Mail.app to retrieve the email.

Some ideas to repair my problem?

I tried to erasing the Mail preferences and create again the IMAP Account, but without positive result

Try changing the check time to something a little longer, like 15 minutes. This might help.
 
Strange behavior... I use it for a long time, and so far it has not present this issue you are presenting... I would agree with Satcomer, it may be a check time issue...
 
I changed the option since this morning, I put 5 min and not 1 minute
The email work correctly without close and open MAIL.app. strange issue!
