Mail won't open

When I click on the stamp icon to open mac mail it bounces one time and then stops. The console log says:

But I can't find the crash log either

Running OS X10.4 on iMac G4?

Can't open the system profiler either:

Well since you are using 10.4.11 on a G4 then download the 10.4.11 Combo Update again and see if that fixes Mail & System Profiler, good luck.

Turns out the hard drive was failing so that was the issue. After 10 days in the shop I'm up and running - better now than before.

Sorry for the dealy in getting back on this but no computer = no internet.
