Hi, so I just replaced my A1286 logic board myself because of GPU issues. And now the battery won't charge. I've tried restarting, SMC resetting and NVRAM reset several times but no luck. The battery is found and presented in Coconut Battery, with 4.2 voltage and cycle count (77). Anyone know what this could be?

The charging circuit is on the logic board.
If the battery (and charging) worked fine before you replaced the logic board, then you would want to recheck the various connections on the new logic board. And, it's possible that you get enough power to boot and run, but the battery charging circuit is faulty. Not much you can do about that, unless you are really good at troubleshooting board problems. Likely that your new logic board just needs to be replaced (again)
