Menu bar text size

In Tiger, is it possible increase / decrease menu bar text size ?
If yes, how to do it ?

I think TinkerTool allows you to do this:

Use at your own risk -- I don't advise mucking around with stuff that Mac OS X doesn't let you modify without a hack.

Another possibility is to change the screen resolution . . .

TinkerTool annoyed me when I changed the font size for Dock icons. It made the application switcher font bigger, and caused the text to not be centered properly. I changed it back and left it alone. Not sure about changing the menu bar font size though.
