menu icons do they have icn?

where are menu icons stored? I want to change some i don't like in the menu from third parties with resfool. Any other icon file I can find but does menu icons actually have a icn somwhere?
 
YEH, There are some third party programs that I'm running that have them in the menu bar but I would like to customize them since they are pretty ugly... I just can't where they would be in the file... or is it another app.
 
Well, Konfabulator is the only 3rd party menubar item I have, and it's menubar icon is in /Contents/Resources/ when doing a "Show Package Contents" on the application. In fact, all of the icons it uses are in there.
