Hello,

Just a quick question I'm running Microsoft's Entourage email program on 2 computers. My issue is if I forward an email on one computer the second computer fails to show that I forwarded the email.

Anyone have this issue? or know how I can get both computers to show the same information (i.e that an email was forwarded)?
 
If you're using POP mail accounts, this is normal.

If you're using either IMAP or Exchange, this is (potentially) abnormal.

What type of mail account does this occur on?
 
Its an exchange account. I found the answer through more digging and it is an issue with Entourage not communicating the message status (replied to or forwarded) with the version of Entourage I'm using. Apparently if I upgrade to something like Entrourage 13.0.3 Web Services Edition this issue is resolved. Unfortunately I'm only running office '08 on one of the computers and running office '04 on the other.

The most recent version of Entourage 2008 is Entourage 12.2.3. Entourage 13 will never see the light of day.
 
Is your Exchange server you're trying to connect to version 2007 SP1 or later? Entourage 13.0.3 requires your Exchange server be, at minimum, the aforementioned version. Otherwise, stick with Entourage 12.
