Hi, lately I've been having a wierd problem with my iBook G4 (running osx 10.4.2). After being online for 30mins, I get an internet connect window that reminds me that I'm still online, and prompts me to either stay connected or dissconnect. I don't have the internet connect program open when this happens. I can't seem to stop this from happening - no preference settings in internet connect program apply.
It's not so bad when I'm just online (I just hit 'stay connected'), but if I download a big file that takes more than 30 mins, the modem evidently dissconnects automatically, if I'm not there to hit the 'stay connected' button. I tried restarting, the glitch remains. Thanks.
