is there a way to know what programs are connecting on the internet.like a zone alarm app in windows.i found some app like the net barrier but i think its too complicated. i just want to know what apps are connecting and i can like stop it from connecting automatically on the internet.coz i only have a dial up internet, and maybe there are running programs running in the background thats updating and just adding up to slow my internet.also if theres an app that is free that would be great.
