Mouse/Keyboard autoclicker

Hi, Is there an application that automatically click a mouse button or keyboard key periodically?

This one claims to do that (jiggles the mouse to prevent sleeping), although it's an older program, so I don't know about compatibility with Tiger -- don't see why it wouldn't work, though:

Is setting the computer to not sleep an option? Seems to me that you could simply turn off sleep mode when you need to, then turn it back on afterward... what is it that you're trying to accomplish?
