Mov to Mpg

does anybody know of any software which can convert .Mov file into .mpg files?

QuickTime Pro will do both MPEG4 and MPEG2 (if you've got Final Cut Pro, I believe). Neither of those have a default extension of .MPG, but they're both MPEG formats.
