Moving windows around in spaces

I turned on spaces. I know I can hit the spaces icon in the dock and grad a window from one space to another. But, is there a short-cut? Somehow, pick a window, then hit left-elbow-3 to move the window to space #3?

Control button (hold)+arrow keys, you can push two arrow keys at the same time.

Thanks. But I'm looking for a way to move a particular window from one space to another. Control-Arrow moves between spaces but doesn't move windows.

Grab hold of the window that you want to move, then hit ctrl-# (whichever space you want to move to), let go of the window. The window should now be in the new space.
