Music and stuff permissions

Hello,

Can someone tell me how to give permission to another user, eg guest, to play any of my music and such, and how do I give permissions for any other software that I might install? Do I just have to change all the permissions on the files? Must be an easy way.

Well is this person in your family or just some friend? Do you buy all your music from the iTunes music store or did you rip all your music?
