Mystery Video Connector?

Hi there!
Can anyone tell me what the video connector pictured here is.
I attached it and here it is online.

I got this with a computer and I don't know what it is.

The picture shows (probably) an ADC splitter. ADC carries USB, so you see a USB connector, another video connector (can't really see that one, but either DVI, or VGA), and the third (the odd rectangular one at the top) is too fuzzy to tell, and the wrong position. This video adapter didn't come with the Mac, but probably left in the box with a used system.

For some reason i can post threads and replies but can't read any of the forums tonight. I am subscribed to this thread now. Can someone reply and tell me what is going on? And maybe quote the reply already given? I have never seen this problem before... Thanks, Robert

It is a DVI to ADC connector. See a description at Dr. Bott.
