I cant seem to get bootcamp right. I cant seem to get windows on my macbook, version 10.5.8, 2ghz intel core 2 duo... 2 gb 667mhz ddr2 sdram.

The problem is above in the top picture. Is this common? Is my windows disc with service pack two just flawed?

Is that a Windows Upgrade install? I can't read the label properly on that disk in your picture.
Boot Camp requires a full install of Windows - an upgrade install won't work.
I think that's what that message is telling you - that you need a full install disk.

That upgrade install requires you to already have Windows installed, which is a challenge when you can't install an older version of Windows on your Mac.
