Need help choosing an "Airport Extreme Card"

I have a G5 Dual 2.0, and purchased an Airport Express. It seems there are several Airport Extreme Cards available for the G5 Dual 2.0

Which one should I be purchasing?

Eh? There is only one Airport Extreme card. There are no other options for the internal Airport slot. If you are referring to another company's wireless PCI cards, most would work, but are not referred to as Airport Extreme.
 
The second link post the original 11 Mbps Airport card for a ridiculously expensive price. To the best of my knowledge those are no longer manufactured. They are also not Airport "Extreme". The extreme refers to 802.11g(54 Mbps); the original Airport card was 802.11g(11 Mbps), about 5 times slower. Hope that helps to clarify the difference for you. Go with the first one.
 
I hope that works out for you, there are also a number of third party alternatives, If I were you I'd check out D-Link. Also there are rumors that by reports of people using the same D-link drivers with netgear stuff and it working. Also out of the box motorola stuff is said to work with the airport software. Also, please don't be fooled into thinking that the Amazon link for the Airport Extreme card is some great bargain where you save $30. The normal price at the Apple Store is $79, not discounted in any way.
