need to find my Quicken Backup files

I accidentally deleted my Quicken Backup files! with Norton I remember I could find files like this but I don't know how with Mac OS X 10.4.11. This is just one of many problems I hope you can help me with.

1. Don't trust Norton on ANY OS X machine. It will be nothing but a headache and will eventually mess up OS X.

2. Do you have a recent backup? Oh you like to compute naked.
