Need your help: BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently installed the newest version of Norton Utilities (7.0.2 or something like that) so I could finally defrag my Mac which is starting to REALLY slow down compared to when I first got it. When I open up Disk Doctor there are no drives listed there: shouldn't my hard disk be listed there? What's going on?

See attachment.

Sometimes your disk can be lightly damaged in such a way it's not detected by disk utilities.

Reboot your Mac pressing Command-S. Type "fsck" in the UNIX screen, it'll repair your disk. I recommend typing "fsck" twice, to be sure.

Then type "reboot" to get back to normal OSX.

Norton Utilities are incompatible with Jaguar 10.2.2 right now. It's not gonna cause any damage, but they're not gonna do you any good unless you boot from the SystemWorks/Utilities CD and run Disk Doctor from there.

Symantec is working on a fix as we speak. If you wanna use the utilities, just boot from the CD.
