Network Set Up With Dedicated IP addresses...

So I work for a small company and am basically handling all of the IT needs solely because I know a little more then everyone else which is not that much. We were using a very slow Verizon DSL connection for our internet needs, that was distributed via an Airport Extreme. We now have the new modem in place and would like to set it up so that three computers are hardwired, and there are two wireless networks each with its own IP address. Can anyone help with where to begin? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Cable/DSL modem->Airport Extreme. In the Airport Extreme plug in a 1000BaseT switch like D-link 10/100/1000 8 port Switch.

Now every one is on the SUBNET (to locally share files at 1000BaseT). Then you can manipulate the Airport extreme to distribute manual/static) IPs to all the connected devices. Then in the device go to the Network System Preference and set it for manual IP that you are giving out in the router.
