Networking issues

Sorry, just a newbie, but what requires you to enter multiple routers? Are you just needing to be able to go from one base station to another? if so? Why can't you just set it up to automatically connect to accesspoints from the airport menu in your menu bar? If you need to be able to use any sort of encryption, or if there hidden access points(not broadcasting network name), then entering the network router's name and address (i.e.) 10.0.1.1, etc. I don't know if this helps or not, but take a look through the Airport Menu icon, and then select "Other..." Hopefully this helps.
 
So what exactly is the problem you are dealing with?

Mac OS X is brilliant with connectivity and wireless internet. Are you trying to hook up 2 computers or more than 4?
