New Job = Windows OHNO!

Well, Im moving into a new position at work soon, and its a good one, but it will require a lot of database work, and working with a group that uses MS Access... I will still have creative responsibilities, and I dont want to go Windows for that reason, among others, so are there any Mac programs that are comparable to Access?

FileMaker Pro is probably the best database application for Mac OS X, unless you want to delve into the world of MySQL.

Although FileMaker Pro and Access aren't compatible out-of-the-box, each has import/export capabilities that will aide in transferring information between the two.
