I have heard wonderful things about this site, so I signed on because I was experiencing problems with my new Apple. I submitted my issue in the question/reponse area and got a response back from a technician that was just unacceptable. It was the rudest service I think I have ever recieved. I have been a Microsoft user all of my life, so of course I'm not going to know anything about my new Apple, but this technician had no patience for my lack of knowledge for my new system. I told him that I would rather not speak with him anymore, I would like to switch to someone more qualified in customer service, but I expect he will send me another nasty message. Has anyone experienced this here? What should I do?
