ok the internet isnt specific!!

i downloaded itunes skin for version 4.9 which is the one i have! but it no wanting to download it gave me direction but i still cant figure it out could some one make it plainer for me!! after i downloaded it, a white paper with a blue "W" and a down arrow showed up....i dont know what to do.please help!

You need StuffIt Expander to open that file -- as indicated by the ".sit" extension.
