Old contacts are back after syncing!

Periodically I will open Address Book and find old contacts I thought I killed years ago. I have tried everything I know how to do to get rid of them -- resetting my .Mac info by "replacing with info on Computer," backing up, turning synching off and back on. They STILL come back.

Does anyone know which invisible files I need to delete on my iDisk to start fresh?

I can't handle ex boyfriends reappearing after years!

Log into .Mac by going to www.mac.com, then hit up the Address Book section. Delete your exs there, then sync.

I could have sworn there was a "delete information on .Mac and then sync" kind of option in iSync, but I can't find it now!
