I'm the type of person who keeps a lot of files on my desktop, and it gets pretty messy. I never have time to just organize them. That is why I need a good file organization app for my MacBook. I found one called VaultSort, which is pretty awesome. I had over 100+ files on my desktop, with just one click of the 'Auto-Organize' button they are all organized into subfolders and now my desktop is clean. It was awesome using it on my Downloads folder too, I had more than 3,000 files in my Downloads folder. It would have taken me hours to organize them, but with VaultSort I was able to organize them in just a few seconds. And it has a handy Deduplication feature that saved me a few gigabytes of space.

I am glad that I found VaultSort, it has really improved my file organization workflow. Do you guys use any file organization apps?

No I always keep all my files into sub folders with custom names for each sub folder so this way I can keeps my Desktop clean most of the time! One other thing for hackers thing so I don’t have to be is Tinker Tool to hack my version of Mac OS (they even have a silicone version) to download! This way you don’t have to keyboard warrior!

Also I suggest some have been using so long the past few years is as free (as in beer) is LibreOffice as an alternative to MS office! You just have to us the Save-As to get a version you want to save the document in to email. Your resumes!
