Open With...

My "open with" contextual menu item has become full of apps. Mose of them usesless.

Does anyone know how to clean this out?

Go to that contextual menu, got to 'open with' and select other, check if 'all applications' is selected. Should be recommended apps only. Of course, you can also choose here which application is the default. I don't know if this setting can be made global. There is probably a .plist somewhere that tracks this file 'open with' info, anybody know which one?
