OS 10.6 and Microsoft Word Compatibility

I installed OSX 10.6 yesterday and I can't print in Microsoft Word. Checked printer issues following HP troubleshooting protocols and it leads me to believe its a compatibility issue. Anybody have any ideas. Thanks for your help.

Very likely a print driver issue. Get the latest (for your OS) from HP.

Is MS Word the only app that won't print?
Can you print now with something else, like a Safari web page? or just a simple test from TextEdit?

Most every HP printer that 10.6 supports are in this HP installer from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL907
