In contrast to post below, it appears that the 'walls' separating user accounts are no longer working. If I do a target mode reboot, I can look at computer files of multiple users of 'target mode computer', when I KNOW this is not normal. Rather than having difficult access, I am having TOO MUCH ACCESS.
What could be causing this? More importantly, how can it be fixed? (Computers were all recently reinstalled with original computer disk, and should not have had any problems.)

thanks in advance.
