Partition Woes

In an attempt to reallocate empty space from my OS X partition to my bootcamp partition, I did this:

I now have issues booting into OS X, and I believe I also now have 250GB of space allocated to something, inaccessible to me.
Also, I didn't accomplish my goal of reallocating space into Windows.
Any advice?

Since your image did not get uploaded, you will need to explain in words what you did/how you attempted to reallocate the drives.

Did you boot into Recovery mode's Disk Utility to do the partitioning since this is on the boot drive?
