PB G5 jajajajajaja!!

True, but why would apple make it so shiny? Yes it'd look nice but it's not practical. Just like the back of an iPod. It looks good on display, but when you own one it's completely full of fingerprints and small scratches. It won't stay that nice.

Note the note at the bottom of the page: "Picture from: Epix3d(www.epix3d.8m.com), it's a design not a real G5, as G5 don't exist yet." So yes, that would imply that the picture is a fake, as Epix3d designs and renders 3-D graphics for the mac (acording to thhe info on their site). So there is no question about whether or not the picture is fake, because they say that it is :) My only question is if the offer could possibly be real, and if so, where they got their pricing information from.

The keyboard sure would be nice! A full arrow keypad & home/end/pg/etc keys, all 15 function keys as well as the mini-function keys that PB's currently have. Nice! I wish Apple had done that with the PB 17". They sure have enough room! :)

Just to make sure everyone understands this...

It was a 20th Anniv. MACINTOSH, of course. It was a Mac with a PowerPC 603e processor (G2) running at 250 MHz.

But it was released on APPLE's 20th anniversary (or rather a year late for that).
