Hi everyone,

If I want to erase a presentation file completely so that it is not traceable even with sophisticated software. Would erasing its content and saving it as an empty file, and then erasing it.. do the job?

I am aware that if you erase a file, it'll still exist on your system, but unlinked.

When the file is on your system you can just do a "Secure Empty Trash" and it will write over the file three time with zeros. If you want to have paranoid delusions about deleting incriminating evidence there are third party applications like Super Empty Trash 2.3.
