I bought a macbook off line recently but I cant find my photobook app. I looked everwhere, spotlight, applications, etc and still cant find it. I have tiger os but no disk. What should I do? Is there something i can purchase? Don't I need photo booth in order to operate my built in camera?? Please help because I'm going frustrated! thank you!

Photo Booth? It should come preinstalled on the Macs.
Did the Mac come with a clean, new system? Did you delete it or random files from the system?

What you need is the install disks and the shareware application Pacifist. This will let you choose the application you want off the install disk without installing the whole OS X.

i wanna know if i can download it,without using the reinstall discs

You need OS X Install/Restore disks like you need keys to a car -- you wouldn't purchase a car from someone without the keys, and you shouldn't purchase a Mac without the Install/Restore disks. Without the disks, it's very easy to "lock" yourself out of the computer without any way to get back in.

Since the system-specific Install/Restore disks that come with all Mac computers are, in essence, "tied" to the computer itself, your best course of action would be to contact whomever you purchased the computer from and request that the sale be completed by including the disks... after all, those disks are basically useless to the seller, since they don't have the computer anymore.
