Photoshop and MAc

Could any one explane why in the Preview softwer in mac shows a darker picurters and when i load it to photoshop ... it gives me a extermly light picuters...

as you can see in the example .. i attached it in the post..

Probably because there's some sort of ColorSync profile attached to the image, and Preview is respecting that profile and adjusting the output to match.

Is your PS file somewhat transparent? I know that transparent sections of images that are PSD images and viewed in preview will show up black in those sections.
