I have one disc it is by the group Pinback, the title is 'Blue Screen Life'. I have tried repeatedly with absolutely no result transferring the data from the source to a playlist and it will not transfer to a playlist even if I create it just before attempting transfer. Our PC is an HP Pavillion a610 and it is just pissing me off beyond belief. It does happen to be one of my favorite discs and there are minute scratches on the disc which have never caused skips or anything during play.

Is the disc copy-protected? Are you using iTunes? What version of iTunes? What version of Windows? What are your import settings set at? Are you trying to drag tracks off of the CD and directly into a playlist, or are you importing/converting the CD first, then dragging those tracks into the playlist?
