Please help have MS Office problem

I am trying to reboot my entourage as it has locked me out of one of my accounts...
i try the option and start up but it just opens as normal

please help
 
Quit Entourage, then launch the application while holding down the 'option' button. Once a window pops up, rebuild your Database. Hopefully this will help.
