Plugins missing ?????

When I open app. I.e.- radar.weather.gov, I get message that plugin is missing. Before I had to do a reinstall of mountain lion I could click on the place to make the radar loop back and forth for cking. The weather movement, now I can't. Keep getting the message-plugin missing. I think they are missing on other apps. But not sure yet.
Anybody got an answer ??????

It say Java is needed.
