postfix mailserver

I have put an email address on a web page of a domain that points to my static ip. The email address is to webmaster@domain.com. I can send from the address but do not know where it goes to. I have postfix server enabled. I am in the (don't know much) category. I have Apache enabled with two virtual hosts pointing to the static ip at my satellite modem hence it goes to router and picks up 192.168.1.100 (NameVirtualHosts).

Sincerely

Just enabling postfix isn't enough. There is a postfix configuration file which has to be edited. At least Postfix needs to know for which domains it is supposed to receive emails, which networks are trusted networks etc. In linux/BSD you have to edit main.cf (and sometimes master.cf). I'm sure in mac os x there is somekind graphic tool/utility to accomplish that.
