you have the universal access visuals turned on. System Preferences > Universal Access > Display > Black on White.

Lt Major Burns Thanks for your quick responde,
I check the Universal Access But was Off.
I was thinking if can be something with the logic card and the video card connection?
What do you think?

Are the cables for the monitor seated properly? Is the video card properly seated in its slot?

If that doesn't work, try hitting Control-Command-Option-8.

There is not an on/off control for the display in Universal Access, check the Display settings for Black on White, or White on Black

As elDiabloConCaca states: Try Control-Option-Command-8

Pardon my ignorance; I am experiencing something similar and am curious. I have a PowerBook G4 (12"). Where is the video card that I can check its fit?

Also, what does the Ctrl-Cmd-Opt-8 key combo do, specifically?

Thanks!

The only check that you can do, is an external connection if you are using an additional external display. Everything else on the Powerbook is completely internal.
The Ctrl-Cmd-Opt-8 reverses the screen, and is intended for vision-impaired. Try it yourself, and press again to return to normal. Check in your Universal Access pane for other settings similar to this.
