Our lab bought a PowerMac G5(Dual 2.7Ghz) two months ago and it had worked fine until last week. The fans of the heatsink are running at full speed all the time, even CPU is idle. This generates a lot of noise and make me feel frustrated. Dose any body here met the same problem before? Any comment is welcome.

i also have found that the fans are noisier on my dual 1.8 than they used to be. i am constantly having to switch from "Highest" to "reduced" to manage the noise.
