PPTP to Windows VPN - Old IP Address

I am trying to make a PPTP VPN connection to a Windows server. This connection used to work, but I changed my router DHCP address. Now when I make a VPN connection (and it does connect), the IP address (under System Preferences, Network, VPN) shows 192.168.210.104. This is an address in the old router's DHCP configuration. The new configuration should be a 192.168.200.x address. My Ethernet (and Airport) IP addresses are in the new range - 192.168.200.x. How do I force my PPTP configuration to 'forget' the old address and use the new one? I've deleted the PPTP configuration and created a new one - same problem. TIA...

What's handling the VPN connection on the Windows server side -- Windows Server 2000/3/8? Some piece of router hardware? A VPN appliance? Barracuda firewall/VPN hardware?

It sounds like the DHCP server on the server side is handing out the same IP address to you, based upon your login credentials. What's the DHCP timeout set at on the server? Are you the server administrator?
