i was just wondering how do i change the name of my computer. i mean it was registered to my name and now i want to change it!! how do i do it??
when i go to my HD i get the little house icon with my name how do i change it. plus when i am in my login details i cant change the second option after you insert your name how do i change that!!

If by "little house icon" you mean you want to change your user account's shortname, there is no easy way to do that. When you select a name and shortname when you set up an account (like when you first installed Mac OS X), you should select a good name and shortname that you will not want to change in the future (I recommend "firstname lastname" [like "John Doe"] for the user name and "first initial last name" [like "jdoe"] for the shortname -- who gets tired of their own name?).
