Coronavirus is global. Here are few things you should know to protect yourself and loved ones.
1. Use soap and water to wash your hands. Hand sanitizer should be used when you are not near soap and water.
2. Sneeze and cough into your elbow.
3. Try your best to avoid touching your face (eyes, nose, and mouth). Especially after you sneeze. - wash your hands with soap and water.
4. If you are sick - stay home. Especially if you have a fever and are coughing.
5. Avoid close contact from people who are sick. Social distancing means 3 - 6 feet between people. Stay away from large crowds.
6. Don't hoard groceries, etc. Remember that other families will need food to eat as well. Emptying the grocery shelves just because is not helping the community.
Remember - face masks are for those who are already sick. This helps to prevent the spread of any disease.
If I missed anything, please add it below but make sure it is an advisory item from a health official and not something you saw on the internet.
