QuickLook always on top?

Hello everyone. Just want to make QuickLook window in Lion to float on top of all other windows regardless of current app. Another words, finding the desire to switch apps, but still have the quicklook pane stay open on top. Is there a way to do THAT? QL worked such way in 10.6.8 after applying the following string via Terminal:
Code:
defaults write com.apple.finder QLHidePanelOnDeactivate 0
But it doesn't in Lion and in Mountain Lion either.

In Mountain Lion Apple switched to LaunchPad Application. The shortcut for it should be on Dock just to right of the Finder icon shortcut. Plus you can use your non-mouse hand to the F5 key to launch LaunchPad.

Is this good enough for you?

Lastly just press the keys (at the same time) spacebar+command to activate Spotlight and in the Spotlight pop-down just type the name of the application and when it shows at top just click the return key to launch the application.

Thanks. Really. But I'm talking about QuickLook window behavior, not about Launchpad or Spotlight.

Here's the screenshot:

In this case as an example, I want to see QuickLook window just IN FRONT of Safari, which is the current active application.
