RAM chip differences

i am looking to upgrade the RAM chip in my girlfriend's mini, and here is a link from OWC with all the RAM chips that will work with the mini:

my question is: are there any noticeable performance differences between the same size RAM chip and the PC#'s or MHz?

ie, will i notice a difference between a PC2700 333MHz chip and a PC3200 400 MHz chip?

IT's a difference but not enough for most users to see. Be safe and get pc3200.

I have to disagree -- there is no difference between those two RAM chips and the speed they're used at in the Mac mini.

The Mac mini's processor-to-memory bus is 167MHz. Both of those chips will be used at 167MHz -- using PC3200 over PC2700 will provide no performance increase.

167mhz is the speed of pc2700, and pc3200 is 200mhz. (If you mean the useful double data rate clock speed is 167mhz, it's real speed is 83mhz and pc3200's useful double data rate speed is 400mhz.)
