Mac Mini 2009 running yosemite keeps rebooting when asleep.

Could someone please "decipher" the kernel panic report and give me some idea of what the issue might be?

Thanks in advance :)

I would suggest that you check that all your third party software is up to date - such as the Logitech Control Center.
I usually look at what is reported on any Process name corresponding to current thread, which is partly where the panic log points to as a possible primary source. And look what you see there:
Code:
BSD process name corresponding to current thread: LCCDaemon
LCC = Logitech Control Center.
Another reason to make sure it is updated, or decide if you really need the software.

I also see that you have the TCPBlock from del antis.com
I did a quick search and find that company is gone, and the app is no longer supported. It's a form of security software, so IMHO, not a great choice to leave on your system.

If you don't really get any change in bad behavior after making sure about up-to-date software, I would suggest a little system work, starting with installing the combined OS updater, which can help out with a "fine tuning" of the system software as it is installed.
Download from here. Double click the downloaded file to open it, double click to run the resulting installer. It will restart when it finishes.

You have a fairly small SSD, 120GB. How much free space do you have? If it is nearly full, perhaps less than 6GB of space available, that can really be a factor in what you have happening. The combo updater can prune that down a little.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you, I will update logitec control centre.
Is the Combined OS Updater different to updating from the Apple System update at the top lhs of the screen?
(This computer is updated from there regularly, two days ago was the last time.)
There is 40gb of free space on the ssd.
I'll let you know either way,...fingers crossed :)

The combined updater is different. It includes ALL OS X system updates that have been issued previously.
If you were to somehow install Yosemite in the original version 10.10.0 - the combined updater would update the system all at once to 10.10.5
It also checks for the presence of prior updates, and makes sure that all system files are installed in the proper location. It is simply a more comprehensive update, including everything that you need at one time.
And, it will install, regardless of the presence of later updates for other software. There can be a problem with that, as occasionally a security update can update a 10.10.5 system past the point where the combined updater will work. It will then give you a message that "this version of OS X is not supported by this update." or something close to that message.
It's always safe to try the combined updater. Let me know how it goes.

That installed OK, and thanks for the detailed explanation. I have always assumed that the OS updater would get the full and comprehensive version.
I assume that once the combined update has installed, future updates from the OS auto updater will suffice?

Yes, you are just using the combined updater as a troubleshooting tool. If it fixes your problem, life goes on as normal.

So, it rebooted again while asleep.
I looked at Users-Library-Logs-DiagnosticReports and it appears that Spyder3utility is the cause.
As it doesn't have its own uninstall, I used appcleaner, and searched for any remnant files (in hidden files also) and could find none.
I assumed that appcleaner has got them all, so will see how it goes from here.

Update:- looks good so far, so I am hoping that is the end of it.
I will come back if it isn't fixed.
Many thanks for your time & help :)
Phill.
