Recent Items in Sidebar ?

Is there a way that i can put a folder "Recent Folders" in the sidebar of the Finder windows ? Like in the Go menu > Recent Folder > ...

There is no Recent Folders folder.

I don't think there's an easy way to add the Recent Folders item to the sidebar in the Finder, unless some 3rd party application has that functionality.

there is the 'recent objects' (or whatever it is called in the english os) in the apple menu.
sadly, i know of no way how you could integrate this to the sidebar
