reduce the size of an image

Hi all

How can I reduce the size of an image? I need to reduce it about 10 or 20% less, I am using Graphic converter

01. Open the picture in 'GraphicConverter'.
02. Select 'GraphicConverter's 'Picture, Size, Scale' sub menu item. A window titled 'Scale' will appear.
03. If not already set to 'Percent' set the 'Dimensions:'s 'Width' and 'Height' Popup menus to 'Percent'.
04. Enter '90' (for 90 percent) or '80' (for 80 percent) in both the 'Dimensions:' 'Width' and 'Height' text fields.
05. Optionally - place a check mark in the 'Keep Proportions' and 'Scale Picture' check boxes.
06. Click on the 'OK' button (or press the <return> or <enter> key).
