I recently installed and then removed "Picasa Web Uploader". Along with that application came "Google Updater". I removed Google Updater from my applications list, and removed the /Users/mbeason/Library/Application Support/Google directory. Unfortnately, I still see a "Google Updater Helper" process in the process list when running activity monitor.
I've done some research on Google. They indicate that you should be able to uninstall Google Updater from within the tool itself. However, I did not find this to be the case. I re-installed Picasa Web Uploader to get Google Updater and it provided no option to un-install itself.
How do I squash this program once and for all?
Thanks.
Matt
