Removing Microsoft

I am using a Mac Pro, Running 10.5.6 How can I get rid of the The unneeded
Microsoft applications and programs?

As with most applications on the Mac:
Drag the unwanted apps to the trash
empty the trash.
If you have MS Office, that has an uninstaller, but just dragging the Office folder to the trash takes care of most everything.
