Returning to MobileMe from another site

I have a MobileMe site built with iWeb. On one of the pages in the site I inserted a link to another IP address that displays a form created with PHP.
After processing the form I want to be able to jump back to the iWeb page without using the 'Back' button on the browser. Is there a way to do this other than using a link back to the MobileMe URL?

You use a script to redirect back to the web page once the form has been processed.
